Payments Week brings together a wide range of events across the week, each with its own registration process.

  • Registration is managed event by event. You'll find a registration link on each event listing.
  • Invitation-only events – Some executive roundtables, private dinners and networking receptions are by invitation or application only. Where applicable, details on how to request an invitation will be provided on the event page.

Before registering, check each event listing for:

  • Eligibility requirements
  • Ticket prices (if applicable)
  • Capacity limits
  • Venue details
  • Registration deadlines

Once you've registered, you'll receive a confirmation email from either the Payments Week team or the event organiser with everything you need to attend.

Please note: Registering for one event does not automatically grant access to all Payments Week events. Each event has its own registration requirements unless otherwise stated.

This depends on the event.

Some Payments Week events may offer on-the-day registration if space is available, while others require advance registration or are invitation-only.

We recommend registering in advance wherever possible to:

  • Secure your place before the event reaches capacity.
  • Receive event updates and important attendee information.
  • Speed up your arrival and check-in.

If an event accepts walk-in registrations, this will be clearly stated on the event listing. Please note that admission cannot be guaranteed if an event is fully booked.

For partner events, on-site registration policies are set by the individual organiser and may vary.

Payments Week schedule of events are tailored to senior industry payment professionals only.

Your entry badge will be provided according to the registration process for the event you’re attending.

For Payments Week events, you’ll receive confirmation and joining information by email after registering. If a physical or digital badge is required, details on when and how to collect or access it will be included in your confirmation.

For partner and third-party events, badge and check-in arrangements may vary, so please refer to the individual event listing or your registration confirmation for details.

We recommend checking your inbox and spam/junk folder for your confirmation email before contacting the Payments Week team.

Yes. If your plans or details have changed, you can usually update your registration after booking.

Depending on the event, you may be able to change your contact information, job title, company details or other registration preferences.

If you can't access your registration or need to make a change that isn't available online, contact the Payments Week team for assistance.

Please note that some partner and invitation-only events may have different registration processes, so changes may need to be made directly with the event organiser.

Don't worry. If you arrive without your visitor pass, head to the registration or help desk at the event. The team will be able to check your registration and advise you on the next steps.

To make things quicker, have your registration confirmation or booking email available on your phone, along with a form of ID if required.

Please note that access arrangements may vary for partner and invitation-only events. If you're attending one of these, check your event confirmation for specific instructions.

Venue Information, Travel & Accommodation

Payments Week takes place across the UK, bringing together the payments community through a programme of events, experiences and networking opportunities at different venues across the city.

Rather than being confined to a single venue, the week connects the industry across London, with events hosted by Payments Week, its partners and the wider payments ecosystem.

You can explore the full programme and see the venue, location and timings for each event on the Payments Week schedule.

Please check the individual event listing before travelling, as venues and access arrangements vary between events.

Payments Week 2027 takes place in April 2027, with the programme bringing together Pay360, Merchant Transact 360 and a wider calendar of events across London.

Payments Week takes place across the UK, so travel arrangements will depend on the event you're attending.

Your event listing will provide the venue address, nearest transport links and directions. We recommend checking the individual event page before travelling, as different events may take place at different locations.

For events at Excel London, the venue is easily accessible by public transport, including the Elizabeth line and the DLR, with Custom House and Prince Regent stations providing access to the venue.

If you're travelling from outside London, both London City Airport and the mainline rail network provide convenient connections into the city.

Check your event confirmation for the specific venue and recommended travel information before setting off.

It depends on your nationality and immigration status.

If you're travelling to the UK for Payments Week, you may need a UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) before you travel. An ETA is generally required for eligible visitors who do not need a visa to enter the UK.

You do not need an ETA if, for example, you:

  • Are a British or Irish citizen.
  • Already have permission to live, work or study in the UK.
  • Have a UK visa.
  • Have another form of UK immigration permission that exempts you from the ETA requirement.

If you're unsure, check the latest requirements based on your nationality and circumstances before travelling.

Check if you need a UK ETA and apply

Important: An ETA is not a visa and does not guarantee entry to the UK. You must still meet the requirements for entry when you arrive.

Payments Week takes place in London, with events hosted across a range of venues. There are plenty of hotels to suit different budgets and preferences, from convenient business hotels to premium stays.

You’ll be able to connect when you arrive. Wi-Fi access details will be available at the venue and may also be provided as part of your event information.

For the best experience, we recommend having your event registration details and QR code available offline before you arrive, in case you need to access them before connecting to the Wi-Fi.

Cloakroom facilities may be available at the venue, depending on the event and venue arrangements.

Where provided, you can leave coats and small personal items securely for the duration of your visit. Availability, opening times and any charges may vary, so please check the individual event information before travelling.
